The New 60GB Xbox 360 Revealed

Not to be outdone by its competitors, Microsoft on Sunday released the new Xbox 360, featuring a 60 GB drive and retailing for $349, the cost of the 20 GB model it's replacing.

The 20 GB units will now be sold for $299 until they're all gone.

This release came out just in time for E3 which started today in Los Angeles.

Microsoft is clearly hoping to remain competitive with Sony and Nintendo. The 40 GB Playstation 3 retails for $399 and the Wii is selling for $250.
